_______________

Distillation:

The distillation process takes place in 1.400-liter pot stills. In this process 3 phases or “cuts” are obtained: head, heart and tails. The head cut is obtained during the first 15 to 30 minutes of the distillation, depending on the batch and the organoleptic qualities perceived by the distiller. During the heart cut, the temperature of the fumes, rectification water flow rate, alcoholic strength and temperature of the outcoming distillate, among other factors are controlled, obtaining a distillate of a graduation above 85°ABV. The heart to tails cut is made at 87°ABV.

_______________

Ageing and Maturation:

Blends of alcohols aged between 6 months and 2 years French and American Oak barrels.

_______________

Tasting notes:

Bright yellow color. On the nose, very aromatic where the floral and fruit notes of the muscat grapes harmoniously combine with the notes of coconut, vanilla and some toffee from the gentle maturation in barrels. On the palate comes a round fruity and silky feeling with a nice gentle vanilla and caramel ending.
